Warroora Station (pronounced Warra) is a family run sheep and cattle station adjacent to the famous Ningaloo Reef coastline, offering eco friendly wilderness beach camping and authentic Station Stay Accommodation.

Come visit and immerse yourself in the raw spirit of Ningaloo. Warroora Station offers wilderness camping on white sand beaches that you have only ever seen in photos and movies. Step out of your caravan, motorhome or tent onto the white sands, then just a few steps to the warm blue water.

Camping on Warroora Station is one of Western Australia's best kept secrets. 14 Mile, The Lagoon, Black Moon Cliff, Elle's Beach and Steven's Surf Break are all camping areas on Warroora Station.

Directions

Warroora is halfway between Carnarvon (190km) and Exmouth (190km) just south of Coral Bay (60km), and is only 23km from the bitumen highway. Travellers from the north take the Warroora Northern access 15 km south of the Coral Bay turnoff. If you're coming from Carnarvon, turn left at the Lyndon Crossing Rest Area and it's only 23 kms to the Homestead complex. Warroora has two airstrips, one to service the Royal Flying Doctor Service, 8kms from the Homestead (cross strip) and the other at the Homestead. Each strip is 1,000m and marked with windsocks.

The Cottage is fully self-contained accommodation offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has 2 separate bedrooms including 2 double beds and 3 single beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage provides a fantastic base for families to explore the Ningaloo Coast. • Sleeps 5 comfortably (2 bedrooms) • One bathroom with shower & toilet • Fully equipped kitchen, fridge & small freezer • BBQ & outdoor fire pit •Linen supplied *** no air conditioning as Warroora use’s alternate energy The Cottage is situated 1.5 km away from the beach. Warroora is a cattle station situated in the OUTBACK with the Ningaloo Reef and its pristine beaches as its western boundary. A small shop at the homestead complex stocks firewood, bait, ice-creams, ice and soft drinks Please bring your own food, water, alcohol, fuel etc. The homestead complex is accessible from the southern entrance, which is located just north of the Lyndon crossing rest area, approx. 30 km from the Exmouth- Coral Bay turnoff. Warroora is only 23 km from the bitumen on a well-maintained gravel road. The homestead complex is accessible with 2WD, but 99% of the coast requires a 4WD.

At the newly renovated Stockmans Lodge we now offer 7 comfortable rooms with 1 double or 2 single beds. The rooms are freshly refurbished with new beds, linen, bedside table and benches (linen and towels provided). The rooms lead onto a new stylish kitchen with verandas that overlook the Homestead complex with a dining area. The communal dining room and self-contained kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare food, includes gas cook top, fridges and freezer, a barbecue area and fire pit which makes this space very relaxing. Shared bathrooms (4 toilets and showers) are located at the back of the complex. This includes laundry facilities. The lodge is ideally located only 1km away from the Ningaloo Reef with private beach access (4WD required). This is perfect for friends or family to enjoy time together and reconnect with Mother Nature. Book the whole place out for up to 14 people.
