International Women's Day Exhibition

The Carnarvon branch of Soroptimists International invite you to celebrate International Women's Day on Monday 8 March from 5pm to 7pm at the Carnarvon Library and Art Gallery. 

On this annual event the 2021 message to all women over the world is:

#ChooseToChange 

- We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. 

- We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements 

- Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. 

Everyone is welcome to the International Women's Day Exhibition and guest speakers. Light refreshments will be served. 

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY EXHIBITION 

Carnarvon Library and Art Gallery will exhibit a series of artwork and photography from Thursday 25 February to Thursday 18 March 2021. Each piece submitted is a reflection of how they best feel celebrates the achievement and advancement of women. Every year the International Women's Day is accompanied by a theme. 2021 sets the stage for #ChooseToChange as we collectively strive to create and inclusive and more gender-equal world. 

Library and Art Gallery Opening Hours: Monday to Wednesday - 10am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 7pm. Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
