Description

A FRIENDLY REMINDER: From the Shire of Carnarvon, visitors wishing to visit the Point Quobba Blowholes Eco Day Reserve (Aquarium and beaches) are required to purchase a day pass. A ranger visits the area daily to check passes. Point Quobba Blowholes Eco Day Reserve Pass is valid from 5am to 10pm on the date specified in booking.

The Quobba Eco Day Reserve, also known as Point Quobba or the Aquarium, is located along the Quobba coastline nearby the awe-inspiring sight of the Blowholes. Located just 75 kilometres north of Carnarvon on a bitumen road. The Aquarium located 1 km south of the Blowholes is a calm coral-filled lagoon, with fish and shells in abundance and a white sandy beach, making it a perfect hangout spot for the family or even a beach picnic. The lagoon is an ideal spot for snorkelling, especially for those less confident in the water.

It's important to plan your trip to the Point Quobba Blowholes Eco Day Reserve , if you want to get the most out of the experience. The Blowholes perform best when the tide is surging in with the low to medium, incoming tide. At peak high tide, the effect can be less dramatic as the water covers the narrow holes in the rocks.

Point Quobba Blowholes Eco Day Reserve Pass is to be purchased online. No refunds applicable. Local 6701 residents who have purchased the annual membership are not required to purchase a Point Quobba Blowholes Eco Day Reserve Pass as your passes are inclusive in your annual membership.
