Carnarvon Space & Technology Museum

One of regional Western Australia's most surprising and captivating attractions, the Carnarvon Space & Technology Museum brings to life the remarkable story of a small Gascoyne town that helped put a man on the moon.

Visitors can explore full-size mock-ups of a Mercury Redstone rocket, a Gemini capsule, an Apollo capsule, and Australia's only Lunar Module, alongside interactive displays and original equipment.

Located approximately 6km from the Carnarvon town centre and open seven days a week, it is consistently rated the region's number one tourist attraction.
