Why are there selected accommodation options included in the packages?
Accommodation has been carefully curated to support the logistics of the conference. Delegates flying into Carnarvon are placed in accommodation located within the town centre so they can easily walk to local cafes, restaurants and attractions, while also allowing us to efficiently coordinate bus transport for conference activities and events throughout Carnarvon.
Can I stay longer than the dates included in the packages?
Absolutely. We encourage delegates to stay longer and explore Carnarvon and Coral Bay, there is only so much we can showcase in three days.

I'm a Visitor Centre delegate driving to Carnarvon. Which package should I choose?
If you are driving to Carnarvon from the region, we highly recommend selecting this package:
This package ensures you arrive in Carnarvon on Sunday 24 May, allowing you to attend the full Visitor Centres WA program on Monday 25 May.
The package includes accommodation checking in Sunday 24 May and checking out Thursday 27 May, covering the full conference program.
I'm a Visitor Centre delegate flying into Carnarvon. What are my options?
Visitor Centre delegates have two flight options to arrive in Carnarvon in time for the dedicated Visitor Centres WA program on Monday, 25 May.
Charter Flight (Recommended)
You can join the conference charter flight with Nexus Airlines, departing Perth at 8:00am on Monday, 25 May and arriving in Carnarvon at 9:45am. This option has been scheduled so delegates can arrive in time for the Visitor Centre sessions beginning at 10:00am. You can book the package here.
Regular Passenger Flights (RPT)
Alternatively, you can book a regular passenger flight with Rex Airlines, which operates twice daily services between Perth and Carnarvon.

The packages have been designed to make booking simple by combining registration, accommodation and travel options in one place. If you require a customised option, please complete the enquiry form and our Visitor Centre team will assist you.
Will transport be provided during the conference?
Yes. Shuttle buses will operate between conference venues, accommodation locations and major events to make it easy for delegates to move around Carnarvon.
I would like to hire a car in Carnarvon. What are my options?
If you would like to hire a car during your stay in Carnarvon, there are a couple of local rental providers available. Hiring a car can be a great option if you are staying longer or planning to explore the region, including attractions such as Coral Bay, the Blowholes and local plantations.
