ACCOMMODATION - The SHEARERS LODGE (original shearers accommodation) is a stylish mode of accommodation with communal outdoor ablutions close to the rooms. The kitchen/dining facility provides guests with all amenities for self-catering:- fully equipped kitchen, dining area and BBQ facilities. Two Cottages - KAPOCK COTTAGE and HALE HUT, these 3-bedroom home cottages have their own private kitchen, deck, bathroom , living room with stylish country charm - a perfect option for families wanting privacy from the main hub of accommodation. The newest editions to our accommodation options are our SAFARI HUTS – Airconditioned, en-suite safari tents, kitchenette, and BBQ facilities. BELL TENTS – nestled in the gum grove, a nice space to get away from it all, shared outdoor facilities and amenities. ACTIVITES Why not try the "alfresco" under the stars shower block. Take a stroll to the red sand hills and watch the sun go down, glass of wine in hand and the spectacular hues of the outback to marvel in. Toast marshmallows around the campfire at night. CAMPING - There is also the option to camp in our bush campground, tents and caravans are very welcome! Powered and unpowered sites, bookings essential. Sorry no generators. Our fabulous bush campground with communal fire pits, camp kitchen, wood BBQs and novel under the stars shower blocks provide caravans and campers lots of space to appreciate the authentic outback experience.. We offer an affordable campground with a unique atmosphere. Pets allowed at owners’ discretion for camping. MEALS – check our menus for options, something different each night of the week. Prior to arrival bookings encouraged. Paired with our meal nights, is the Woolshed Bar – the focus for this boutique bar is WA. See what our state has to offer and try a little something new. Bullara's fabulous location allows you to be dipping your toes or fishing rod in the ocean one morning and chilling out with a drink on the deck for sunset. The Bell tent is a great option for those who love the idea of camping without having to do the setup and compromise on style & comfort! Raised on a permanent timber deck these canvas tents are roomy and fitted out with a proper Queen bed. We have also included Bar Fridge and Pedestal Fan. 24 hr power is a bonus allowing for charging phones. Conveniently located opposite communal outdoor showers and a short walk to other amenities. You also have access to a communal camp kitchen and campfire (wood available to purchase), the bell tents make for beautiful accommodation. Hale Hut

Hale Hut

Hale Hutt is a delightful 3-bedroom cottage nested in the privacy of the Australian bush! Raised on stilts with a sweeping deck, it is the perfect spot to relax with a wine and your binoculars for some bird spotting! The Hale Hut consists of 3 queen rooms and sleeps up to six people. Fully appointed kitchen – full size fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, Microwave, lounge with TV and DVD player. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet and laundry. The Hale Hutt also has a large spacious veranda with BBQ, tables and chairs so you can relax and listen to the birdlife over a morning coffee! There is also a private fire pit which always complements a night under the stars! This accommodation suits all guests, especially those seeking privacy from the main hub of the campground. Three bedroom private and very spacious cottage with timber verandas and a lovely outlook over the home paddock. The Kapock Cottage sleeps up to 6 guests – 2 queen rooms, 1 room with 2 king singles. Separate lounge with TV, DVD player and a good supply of books! Fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage, dining table and full fridge/freezer. Gas stove top and oven. Microwave, Ceiling fans and central air conditioner. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower. BBQ, fire pit and hammocks – this is a perfect home away from home for family and friends. Our delightful Campground provides guests with spacious sites with the option for power/non-power (no generators), we cater for every traveller! The campground is located on river base with gumtrees dotted about, new trees are planted to create our little oasis in the bush! Animals such as Kangaroos, Goannas and Emus roam close to the campground, as well as the sheep, cows and horses. If you are a bird lover, you will not be disappointed, this is the perfect place to find all your feathered friends. Big rigs are welcome, we are pet friendly (pets to be kept on a leash at all times whilst on the property and cleaned up after). All powered sites have their own water points. All guests will have access to potable water. Savour the peace and quiet or socialise with fellow campers around the communal fire pit. There are designated fire pits located around the camping grounds or you can use your own off-the-ground fire pit. Please bring your own wood. Quirky Camp Kitchen includes: Fridge/freezer, Gas stove/oven, Gas BBQ, Tables and chairs, Hot running water in sinks and fire pit area. Fabulous bathroom facilities, laundry and bush walking tracks to explore. There is a couple of novel outdoor bathrooms for those who wish to star gaze as they wash under the privacy of an enclosed tank stand or in our Lava-trees. The ablution facilities are shared with the other guests but you will find them clean and spacious. You will find that our rates are very reasonable compared to other caravan parks in the area so bunk down and spend the week with us! The latest addition to our accommodation is the delightful and exclusive Safari Huts. The Kingfisher and Bowerbird are perched on a spacious jarrah deck overlooking the stunning vista of gumtrees and surrounding native grove. The Safari Huts boasts a beautiful four poster queen bed with a cute and cozy little double bed nook which will allow you to feel that you are camping inside the main accommodation space. All self-contained with a lounge area, ensuite and a lovely deck to stargaze while cooking on the BBQ. The kitchenette located inside this accommodation, is set up with basic equipment to self-cater, includes dining table, small fridge/freezer and all utensils provided. All linen provided. Outside open fire (wood can be purchased inhouse). This accommodation will suit a romantic getaway or those wanting total privacy and absolute comfort in the unique Australia outback. The Shearers Lodge was where it all began! Refurbished with cool concrete floors and new tin walls the style is rustic charm with a fabulous contemporary flair. Everyone is charmed by the uniqueness of this accommodation. The rooms are spacious with bar fridge, very comfortable beds and plenty of hooks to hang your clothes. Common veranda adorned with chairs and a hammock. The lodge is perfect for couples, a group of friends or family… book the whole place out (sleeps up to 16) and use it as an affordable base for your next holiday. Shared bathrooms in the lodge are never a problem as there are plenty to accommodate everyone! The open air showers are a talking point for all our guests. There is also a communal dining room and self-contained kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare a fabulous feast.. This facility is exclusive to the guests in the lodge. Tropical gardens with a green lawn, BBQ area and fire pit, makes this space a relaxing oasis. There is not TV here, time is best spent around the campfire with loved ones. Accommodation in the lodge consist of queen bed and king single bed,all linen/towels and handmade soaps provided. All Queen Rooms are airconditioned. No pets allowed Minimum 2 night stay

Policies

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy • For all accommodation and powered camping a deposit equivalent to 1 night will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellation of booking 6 weeks to 14 days prior to arrival, deposit amount forfeited. No refunds if you terminate your booking less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Date changes permitted up until 2 days prior to arrival (camping bookings only). Individual cancellation requests in writing will be discussed at the managements discretion.
