Guided by local producers and culinary experts, guests will learn the art of sausage making from start to finish using premium station beef, goat and lamb sourced from the Gascoyne region. From seasoning and preparation to technique and flavour balancing, this is an opportunity to connect directly with the land, the producers and the process behind exceptional food.
