The roads to Carnarvon have reopened following Cyclone Narelle, our clean-up efforts are well underway, and we are ready to welcome you. While parts of our region continue to recover, the town centre is open, businesses are trading, and there’s plenty to see, do and experience this Easter long weekend.

Join the Easter Egg Hunt at 6701 Waterfront Café, set along the stunning Fascine, where the ocean breeze, morning sunshine and excited little explorers create the perfect start to your day.

Blowholes Night Sky - Easter Sunday 5 April
Join a magical evening under the stars with telescope viewing, cultural star stories and a yarning circle. Delivered in partnership with Wooramulla Eco Cultural Journeys.

Come See the Night (Murroo Gudu) – Easter Monday 6 April

As dusk settles, the Gascoyne sky comes alive at the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum. Guided by a Yinggarda cultural guide, this experience blends ancient cultural knowledge with modern space science, sharing stories of the stars, connection to Country, and Carnarvon’s role in the space race.
